12. Environmental licenses from the state environmental agency;

13. Search for possible mining blocking processes;

14. Request for Report and Access Opinion;

15. Feasibility of electrical connection, documentation and legal aspects;

16. Certification of data measured by the solarimetric station;

17. Numerical modeling of solar station solarimetric data;

18. Elaboration of advanced micrositing for the penultimate layout study;

19. General topography of the area with location of all points of the project;

20. Definition of optimized initial layout for the chosen panels and equipment;

21. Estimated installed power for the chosen panels and equipment;

22. Calculation of measurement uncertainties and method of estimating annual production;

23. Calculation of confidence limits for estimating net annual production;

24. Elaboration and evaluation of annual energy production estimates;

25. Study of the expected period for the execution of the work;

26. Design and creation of the future construction site;

27. Engineering and Financial studies;

28. Elaboration of CAPEX and OPEX for the consolidated project;

29. Survey of activities required for registration in energy auctions;

30. Registration of the concession request with the responsible bodies;
